A recent study on the effect our mental health, has on our physical health has been released this week. The study found that 71% of respondents who have had problems with their physical health have also experienced difficulties with their mental health. The focus on the link between physical and mental wellbeing is ever growing, with there now being no doubt that, being active and leading a healthy lifestyle has a positive impact on our mental health.
